Hands-on experience on UML and standard tools will be given. Everything will be taught on live software with concentrated case studies.
These are standard tools for the Analysis and Documentation, and are being practiced by the Business Analyst across the globe.
Module 3
Live-Case studies will be resolved using skills from the first two parts. We are among the top leading BA institute in India to start case studies oriented business Analysis workshop
Apart from this different Modeling Techniques, Methodologies, Project handling knowledge will be discussed across the table.
Interview skills and live interview session will be the part of the training program.

What is Business Analysis?

Business analysis is the discipline of identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. These solutions may include improvement of business processes, accommodating / incorporating new processes or strategic planning and policy development. The person who performs this role of identification and determination is called a business analyst or BA.

The duration is 4 days program i.e. total 32 hours.

ECBA or Entry certificate in Business Analysis is a recently launched certification by IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) and will come into effect from 30th September, 2016.

Purpose

Purpose of this certification to standardize the Business Analyst knowledge at the entry level. This was a much needed certification required to help professionals, who wish to enter the Business Analysis role.

ECBA Eligibility Requirements

To earn the ECBA® designation, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 21 hours of Professional Development Training in the past four years.
  • Signed Code of Conduct.
  • It’s an exam-based certification.

Certification Knowledge and Skills

The certificate exam will need you to have the requisite knowledge as per BABOK v3 and the distribution is as follows:

  1. Business Analysis Knowledge – 25%
  2. BABOK® Guide Knowledge – 75%

The Level 1 exam will test the candidate’s knowledge and understanding of the above components within the BABOK® Guide v3, specifically:

Our training program  Business Analyst Professional Program will cover all the topics for this certification.

The ECBA® exam is 1.5 hours long and consists of 50 multiple choice questions. The questions are basic multiple choice that test the candidate’s knowledge and understanding defined by the competencies for this level 1 certificate in the IIBA Certification Framework. The guiding book is the BABOK v3.

  • All fees are payable in US dollars (plus GST/HST if you are a Canadian resident or GST/HST registrant).
  • The Application Fee and Exam Fees are separate fees.
  • The Application Fee is NOT refundable, regardless of if you haven’t been approved or are approved pending audit.
  • If paying online, additional transaction fees may apply.
  • To pay the MEMBER fee, you must be a member at the time you submit the fee; otherwise, you must pay the NON-MEMBER fee.
  • If you take the exam, you will not be reimbursed the exam fee, even if you don’t pass.
  • Exams are currently available in English only.

If you have paid for and taken an exam at least once already and you need to take it again, the fees to retake that same exam are as follows:

What is the Mode of payment of fees?

Cancellation /refund policy

For the online classroom courses, if you decide to cancel your enrollment you can do so anytime till 3 days post the start date and your entire fees shall be refunded to you in 15 working days’ time from the date of intimation to us. After this time we shall not be able to refund your fees.

For the online self-paced version of the course you can cancel anytime till 3 days post your enrollment for the course for a full refund of the fees. Post this we shall not be able to offer you a refund.
